Wash and chop the cucumbers into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Place the chopped cucumbers into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Season the chopped cucumbers with salt and toss gently to distribute evenly.

In a separate small bowl or measuring cup, combine the yuzu sesame dressing, garlic oil (including some of the minced garlic from the jar), and Mama's chili oil, if using. Whisk briefly to combine.

Pour the prepared dressing generously over the salted cucumbers. Add the chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
