Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the entire contents of the 6 ounce box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix into a large mixing bowl.

Pour 1 cup of milk over the stuffing mix. Stir it together gently and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to soak up the moisture. This step is crucial for a moist meatloaf.
Once the breadcrumbs have absorbed the milk, crack 2 large eggs into the bowl. Stir them into the stuffing mixture until well combined.

Add 2 pounds of ground meat (80/20 blend recommended for juiciness) and 1/2 cup of diced onions to the bowl with the stuffing mixture.

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Add 3 tablespoons of Heinz 57 Sauce.

Using your hands, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf tough.

Transfer the meatloaf mixture into a casserole dish and form it into a compact loaf shape. Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.

While the meatloaf bakes, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce, 1/2 cup of ketchup, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix well until the brown sugar is dissolved. The brown sugar helps the glaze caramelize beautifully.

After 1 hour of baking, carefully remove the meatloaf from the oven. Spoon the prepared glaze generously over the entire top of the meatloaf.

Return the glazed meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and set.

Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
