Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the chicken strips to the pan with the softened onion and cook for a few minutes until lightly browned.

Stir in the 2 tablespoons of yogurt and tomato paste, mixing well to coat the chicken.

Add the salt, black pepper, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cumin powder to the chicken mixture. Mix thoroughly and continue to cook until the chicken is fully cooked through and coated in the sauce, about 7-10 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the garlic sauce. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tablespoons yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Warm the tortillas according to package instructions, either in a dry pan, microwave, or oven, until pliable.

Lay out each warm tortilla. Spread a generous amount of the prepared garlic sauce evenly over each tortilla.

Arrange a portion of the cooked chicken mixture, cheese slices, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and sliced pickles down the center of each tortilla.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

Heat a clean pan over medium heat. Place the rolled wraps seam-side down in the pan and toast for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
