Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the green flesh into a large mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.

Add the salt, flour, and baking powder to the bowl with the mashed avocado. If using, sprinkle in the nutritional yeast.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a fork until they come together to form a cohesive dough. Once mixed, knead the dough briefly with your hands to form a smooth ball.

Place the avocado dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out as thinly as possible. The thinner the dough, the crispier the crackers will be.

Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Using a pizza cutter, slice the flattened dough into desired cracker shapes and sizes (small, bite-sized squares work well).

Carefully slide the bottom sheet of parchment paper, with the cut cracker dough, onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle additional salt over the surface of the crackers.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy. Cooking times may vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the crackers.
