Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, carefully unfold the thawed Trader Joe's puff pastry sheet. Gently roll it out slightly to about a 10x12 inch rectangle. Transfer the pastry to the prepared baking sheet.

Using a sharp knife, score a 1-inch border around the edges of the puff pastry, being careful not to cut all the way through.

In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth and well combined. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly within the scored border of the puff pastry.

Evenly scatter the thawed and drained Trader Joe's frozen mixed berries over the cream cheese layer.

Brush the scored edges of the puff pastry with the beaten egg wash. This will help them puff up and turn golden brown.

Bake the tart for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the cream cheese filling is set. If the edges are browning too quickly, you can loosely tent the tart with foil.

While the tart cools, prepare the optional glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled tart just before serving.

Slice and serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your quick and delicious Trader Joe's Berry Cream Cheese Pastry Tart!
