Slice the chicken breast into chunks.

In a bowl, add the chicken chunks. Add 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

Slice 1/4 of a fresh pineapple into pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sliced pineapple to the hot pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the chicken and pineapple are charred.

While the chicken and pineapple are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon ginger puree, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic puree. Mix all ingredients well until combined.

Once the chicken and pineapple are cooked and charred, pour the prepared sauce over them in the pan. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it reduce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
