Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. While the pan heats, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Add the boneless, skinless chicken breast to the hot pan. Season the chicken evenly with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder.

Cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until it is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside on a plate, tented with foil to keep warm.

In the same pan (do not clean it), melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 1/2 cup of heavy cream.

Add 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the pan. Stir the sauce well to combine all ingredients and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

Add 1/2 cup of broccoli florets, 1/2 cup of chopped carrots, and 1/2 cup of chopped green beans to the simmering sauce. Stir the vegetables into the sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked chicken breasts to the pan with the vegetables and sauce. Spoon some of the sauce and vegetables over the chicken. Stir everything together gently to ensure the chicken is coated.

Serve the creamy chicken and vegetable mixture immediately over cooked white rice.
