Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl, ensuring there is enough space to mix them thoroughly.

Add all the marinade ingredients to the bowl with the chicken wings: olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, dried oregano, dried rosemary, roasted garlic & herb seasoning, Cajun chicken seasoning, garlic salt, minced fresh garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and the Sazón packet.

Using your hands or tongs, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until every chicken wing is evenly coated with the marinade. Ensure no dry spots remain.

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid. Place it in the refrigerator and let the chicken wings marinate for at least 1 hour. For optimal flavor penetration, marinate overnight (8-12 hours).

About 20 minutes before grilling, remove the chicken wings from the refrigerator to bring them closer to room temperature. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F or 190-200°C). Clean the grill grates and lightly oil them to prevent sticking.

Place the marinated chicken wings directly on the hot grill grates, ensuring not to overcrowd the grill. Close the lid to help cook them evenly.

Grill the wings for 15-20 minutes, turning them every 4-5 minutes, until they are golden brown, perfectly charred, and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.

Once cooked, remove the chicken wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the wings tender and juicy.
