In a large bowl, combine the 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. (For a lighter option, use 3 cups of milk and omit the heavy whipping cream).

Add the entire box of instant sugar-free chocolate pudding mix to the bowl.

Whisk the mixture thoroughly for about 2 to 3 minutes, until it thickens. An electric hand mixer can be used for this step; cover the bowl with a paper towel to prevent splattering.

Once the mixture has thickened, use a spoon to transfer it into a piping bag. This will make filling the molds easier and less messy.

Carefully pipe the mixture from the piping bag directly into silicone popsicle molds, filling each cavity to the top.

Insert one wooden popsicle stick into the center of each filled mold.

Place the filled molds in the freezer for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours, or preferably overnight, to ensure they are completely frozen and firm.

To remove the fudgesicles from their molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, or place the entire mold in a bowl of warm water. The fudgesicles should then slide out easily.
