In a large bowl, combine the suji (semolina), all-purpose flour (maida), cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together until well combined.

In a separate bowl, add the milk, powdered sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Add 3 tablespoons of Gritzo's Chocolate Hazelnut Spread to this mixture. Whisk the wet ingredients until they are fully combined and smooth.

Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of white vinegar into the batter and whisk briefly to incorporate. The batter should have a smooth, flowing consistency.

Grease a small cake tin with oil and dust it lightly with flour to prevent sticking.

Pour the prepared cake batter into the greased and floured cake tin. Gently tap the tin a few times on the counter to release any air bubbles.

Place a tawa (flat griddle pan) on a low flame and let it heat for 5 minutes. Place a ring stand inside the heated tawa.

Carefully place the cake tin on the ring stand inside the tawa. Cover the tawa with a lid.

Cook the cake on a low flame for 30-35 minutes.

After 30-35 minutes, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Remove the cake from the tin and let it cool completely. Once cooled, spread additional Gritzo's Chocolate Hazelnut Spread generously over the top of the cake.

Garnish the cake with chocolate chips.

Slice and serve the soft, chocolatey Suji Cake.
