Thoroughly wash the oranges, lemons, fresh ginger, and fresh turmeric.

Peel the oranges and lemons. For the ginger and turmeric, you can peel them if desired, but it's not strictly necessary, especially if using a powerful juicer.

If using a juicer: Process all the oranges, lemons, fresh ginger, and fresh turmeric through your juicer. Add the pinch of black pepper and cayenne pepper directly into the collected juice and stir well.

If you don't have a juicer: Roughly chop the oranges, lemons, fresh ginger, and fresh turmeric. Place them into a high-speed blender with about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water (add more if needed to help blend). Blend until completely smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag to separate the pulp from the juice. Add the pinch of black pepper and cayenne pepper to the strained juice and stir.

Pour the prepared wellness shots into airtight jars or bottles.

Store the wellness shots in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze them in ice cube trays or freezer-safe containers; they will last up to 2-3 months.
