Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and eggs for the cake. Whisk until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined and smooth, being careful not to overmix. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the cake batter evenly into the prepared 9x13 inch pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and ground cinnamon for the topping. Stir until well combined and crumbly.

Evenly spoon the topping mixture over the cake batter in the pan. Gently swirl the topping into the batter using a knife or a skewer to create a marbled effect.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and free of lumps.

Once the cake is out of the oven, let it cool in the pan for about 5-10 minutes. Drizzle the prepared glaze evenly over the warm cake.

Serve warm and enjoy!
