Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients for the cake: eggs, granulated sugar, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and raw cocoa powder. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture: all-purpose flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Continue mixing until the batter is completely smooth and free of any lumps.

Pour the prepared cake batter into a baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the cake is golden brown.

While the cake is baking, prepare the chocolate sauce. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, qishta (cream), and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and glossy. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.

Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. While still warm, pour the prepared chocolate sauce evenly over the entire surface of the cake.

Cut the cake into desired serving squares and serve. Enjoy the moist and rich cocoa cake!
