Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place 1/2 cup (113g) of butter into an oven-safe baking dish. Put the dish with the butter into the preheating oven for a few minutes to melt the butter while you prepare the biscuit batter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon (12g) baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) salt, and 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar.

Whisk the dry ingredients together thoroughly until they are well combined.

Add 1 cup (240ml) of milk to the dry ingredient mixture.

Using a spatula, mix the ingredients until they are just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.

Add 1 cup (150g) of blueberries to the batter.

Gently fold the blueberries into the batter until they are evenly distributed.

Carefully remove the hot baking dish with the melted butter from the oven.

Pour the prepared biscuit batter directly into the hot melted butter in the baking dish.

Gently spread the batter evenly across the dish.

Bake in the preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.

While the biscuits are baking, prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, combine 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and has a pourable consistency.

Once baked, remove the biscuits from the oven.

Drizzle the prepared glaze generously over the warm biscuits.

Cut the biscuits into squares and serve.
