Open 1 pack of Buldak Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen and remove the noodles, the liquid seasoning packet, and the dried flakes packet.

Place the ramen noodles into a pot.

Add 600 ml of water to the pot with the noodles.

Add the dried flakes packet to the pot.

Bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain most of the water from the pot, leaving a small amount of water remaining with the noodles.

Add the liquid seasoning packet (the spicy sauce) to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of gochujang to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to the pot.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in the pot with the noodles until well combined.

Transfer the cooked noodles and sauce into a serving bowl.

Place 1 egg on top of the noodles in the bowl.

Place 1 slice of cheese on top of the egg and noodles.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds over the entire dish.
