Generously season the tenderloin steaks on all sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat a large pan over high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, place the seasoned tenderloin steaks in the pan for a hard sear. Add the smashed garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs to the pan.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan. Continuously baste the steaks with the melted butter, garlic, and rosemary until they reach the desired doneness (e.g., medium-rare). Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest on a cutting board for at least 10 minutes.

In the same pan with the residual fat from the steaks, add the spicy lamb sausages and beef bacon. Cook until the sausages are browned and cooked through, and the bacon is crispy. Remove the cooked sausages and bacon from the pan, leaving the rendered fat.

Add the sliced mushrooms, hash browns, and cherry tomatoes to the same pan, utilizing the leftover fat. Cook until the mushrooms are tender, the hash browns are golden and crisp, and the tomatoes are slightly softened.

Fry the thick-cut sourdough slices in the same pan until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Heat the British baked beans in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of chicken powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring the flavors are well combined.

In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Crack 3 eggs into the melted butter. Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness (e.g., sunny-side up).

Squeeze fresh orange juice from half an orange into a glass.

Slice the rested tenderloin steaks. Arrange all the cooked components neatly on four plates: the sliced tenderloin steak, spicy lamb sausages, crispy beef bacon, cooked mushrooms, hash browns, cherry tomatoes, toasted sourdough, seasoned baked beans, and fried eggs. Serve immediately with the fresh orange juice.
