Melt the 25 grams of butter in a microwave-safe bowl or a small saucepan until fully liquid.

To the melted butter, add the 30 grams of brown sugar, 15 grams of white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a spoon or spatula until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth.

Add the 40 grams of all-purpose flour to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix. A few streaks of flour are acceptable.

Fold in the mixed chocolate chips (milk, dark, and white) until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Again, avoid overmixing.

Line your air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper. Carefully transfer the cookie dough onto the center of the parchment paper, shaping it into a thick disc.

Air fry the cookie at 180°C (350°F) for 5 to 7 minutes. The cookie should be golden brown at the edges and still slightly soft in the center.

Once baked, carefully remove the cookie from the air fryer. Let it cool completely on the parchment paper for at least 15 minutes before serving. This allows the cookie to set and become firm.
