Choose your desired flavor. For each pint, combine the base ingredients (protein powder, almond milk, sweetener, and xanthan gum if using) along with any flavor-specific base ingredients (e.g., cocoa powder for Double Oreo, peanut butter protein powder for Salted PB) in a Ninja Creami pint container. Whisk or blend until smooth and fully combined.

Ensure the mixture is below the MAX fill line. Place the lid on the pint container and freeze flat for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.

Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer. Remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Secure the lid with the blade assembly onto the outer bowl.

Insert the outer bowl assembly into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' function, depending on your machine model and desired consistency.

After the first processing cycle, the mixture may appear crumbly. Create a hole in the center of the mixture, about 1 inch wide, using a spoon. Add the designated mix-ins for your chosen flavor into this hole (e.g., crushed Oreos for Double Oreo, chopped chocolate for Salted PB, marshmallows/almonds/pretzels for Glampfire Trail Mix, cake pieces for Gooey Butter Cake, crushed Oreos for Cookies & Cream).

Return the pint to the Ninja Creami and select the 'Mix-in' function to incorporate the added ingredients. If the ice cream is still too crumbly after mixing, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of additional almond milk and re-spin on the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' function until desired creaminess is achieved.

Serve immediately. For Almond Joy, drizzle with dark chocolate sauce and top with sliced almonds. For Gooey Butter Cake, drizzle with caramel and add a few sprinkles. For Cookies & Cream, sprinkle with extra crushed Oreos.
