Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Place the frozen french fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

While the fries are cooking, prepare the seasoning. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.

Once the fries are cooked, immediately transfer them to the bowl with the butter mixture. Toss thoroughly to ensure all fries are evenly coated with the seasoning. Transfer the seasoned fries to a serving bowl.

In a small skillet, add the pizza sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top, followed by the cooked crumbled Italian sausage and crumbled bacon (if using).

Top the skillet ingredients with the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Place the skillet over medium-low heat on the stovetop. Heat for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly, and the pizza sauce is hot. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Carefully pour the hot, melted pizza topping mixture from the skillet directly over the seasoned fries in the serving bowl. Drizzle with hot honey, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
