Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim off both ends of each green bean. Set aside.

Peel and finely chop the 20 cloves of garlic. This can be done while the green beans are being prepared.

Heat a pot or wok with 4 cups of cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot enough for deep frying (approximately 350-375°F).

Carefully add the trimmed green beans to the hot oil and deep fry them for approximately 45 seconds, until they are vibrant green and slightly blistered.

Remove the fried green beans from the oil using a slotted spoon or spider and transfer them to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Carefully pour out most of the oil from the pot, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Return the pot to medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic to the remaining hot oil and sauté until it becomes fragrant and lightly golden, about 30 seconds.

Return the drained green beans to the pot with the sautéed garlic. Season the mixture generously with salt, white pepper, and granulated chicken bouillon.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until the green beans are evenly coated with the garlic and seasonings. Serve immediately while hot.
