Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Panko breadcrumbs mixed with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each chicken tender: first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the Panko mixture, pressing to coat well.

Lightly spray the breaded chicken tenders with olive oil spray. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).

While chicken cooks, boil salted water and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

In a large skillet, heat 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce. Add the drained pasta and toss to coat. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.

Remove cooked chicken tenders from the air fryer. Top each tender with about 1 1/2 tablespoons warmed marinara sauce, then about 1 1/2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese.

Return chicken to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve the Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan over the prepared pasta. Garnish with fresh basil and extra Parmesan cheese.
