Slice the baguette diagonally into individual pieces, about 1/2-inch thick.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.

Place the sliced bread into the melted butter and toast until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the toasted bread from the pan and set aside on a wire rack to cool slightly.

In a small bowl, combine the softened 1 stick of butter, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh chives, 1 minced garlic clove, the zest from 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a fork or spatula until well combined and a smooth Caesar butter spread is formed.

Spread a generous amount of the prepared Caesar butter onto each toasted bread slice.

Top the buttered toast with thinly sliced radishes and a sprinkle of additional fresh chives for garnish.

Serve immediately and enjoy your happy hour snack!
