Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Place the diced chicken into a medium bowl.

Season the chicken with 1 tablespoon of SpiceX Daily Blend (or your preferred SPG blend), 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of corn starch. Mix all the ingredients together until the chicken is well coated.

Spray a large skillet or pan with avocado oil and place it over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook until it is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

To the same pan, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the 3-4 minced garlic cloves and the 1 sliced jalapeño. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Optionally, add 2 teaspoons of honey to the pan and stir to combine.

Add the juice of 1 lime (or lemon) and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the sauce. Stir well.

Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro into the sauce.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the garlic butter sauce. Toss everything together until the chicken is nicely coated.

Serve the Jalapeño Chicken in Garlic Butter Sauce immediately with cooked white rice.
