Take the Costco rotisserie chicken and shred a good amount of the chicken meat into a large mixing bowl.

Add the 2 cups of cooked rice to the bowl with the shredded chicken.

Pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce into the bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil to the mixture in the bowl.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of chili crisp into the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly until they are well combined and the chicken and rice are evenly coated.

Microwave the mixture for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until heated through.

After microwaving, add the chopped scallions to the mixture.

Sprinkle the furikake rice seasoning generously over the mixture.

Mix again briefly to incorporate the scallions and furikake throughout the chicken and rice.

Serve the chicken and rice mixture in individual plates or bowls.

Place kimchi on the side for serving.

Place seaweed on the side for serving.

If desired, drizzle Kewpie mayonnaise on top of the chicken and rice mixture before serving.
