For the Garlic Mustard Chicken: Take 500 grams of chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized cubes.

Transfer the marinated Malai chicken to a separate meal prep container.

Marinate both batches of chicken for at least 30 minutes. For best results and deeper flavor, marinate them overnight in the refrigerator.

To cook using an air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Cook the marinated chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked through and golden brown, turning halfway through.

Alternatively, to cook in a pan: Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is cooked through and lightly browned on all sides.
