Place the 2 pounds of round steak into the Crockpot.

Next, add the 1-pound bag of baby carrots to the Crockpot.

Then, add the 1 1/2 pounds of baby potatoes, which have been cut in half, to the Crockpot.

Pour in the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. (Alternatively, you can use 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of celery soup).

Add the 1 cup of beef broth to the Crockpot.

Finally, sprinkle the entire packet of onion soup mix over all the ingredients in the Crockpot.

Cover the Crockpot with its lid. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or until the meat is nice and tender.

Once the meat is tender, carefully remove it from the Crockpot. Using two forks, shred the cooked meat.

Return the shredded meat back into the Crockpot with the vegetables and sauce.

Give all the ingredients a good stir to combine. Cover the Crockpot again and continue to cook for another 30 minutes to 1 hour, to ensure the vegetables and meat are super tender and well-heated through.

When there are about 10 minutes left of the total cooking time, you can add some flaky biscuits to the Crockpot (if desired). These can be eaten on the side with butter, or used to make a sandwich with the Crockpot Round Steak mixture.
