Alabama Firecracker Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream, (Greek yogurt or mayonnaise can be substituted)
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 packet ranch seasoning, (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces green chilies, drained, canned
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup tamed jalapeno peppers, chopped

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream (or your chosen substitute), Italian dressing mix, and ranch seasoning. Use an electric mixer to thoroughly combine these ingredients until smooth and well incorporated.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, drained green chilies, chopped green onion, and chopped tamed jalapeno peppers to the cream cheese mixture.

Stir all ingredients together by hand until everything is evenly distributed throughout the dip.
