Prepare the pork ribs by first removing the membrane from the back of the rack. This can be done by sliding a knife under the membrane at one end and then pulling it off with a paper towel for grip. If the rack is too large for your slow cooker, cut it in half.

Generously season both sides of the pork ribs with your preferred dry rub seasoning. Ensure an even coating.

Wrap each half of the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil. This helps to tenderize the ribs and keep them moist during slow cooking.

Carefully place the foil-wrapped ribs into your slow cooker. You may need to arrange them to fit snugly.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours, until the ribs are tender and falling off the bone.

Once cooked, carefully remove the foil-wrapped ribs from the slow cooker and unwrap them. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil for easier cleanup.

Preheat your broiler to high. Generously brush your favorite barbecue sauce over both sides of the ribs.

Place the baking sheet with the sauced ribs under the preheated broiler for 2-4 minutes, or until the barbecue sauce is bubbling and slightly caramelized. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Remove from the broiler, let rest for a few minutes, then serve immediately.
