Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches) with cooking spray.

Lightly dust a clean work surface with about 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it flat on the floured surface. If using crescent roll dough, press seams together to form a solid rectangle. Sprinkle a little more flour on top of the dough and gently roll it with a rolling pin to ensure an even surface, about 1/8 inch thick.

Open the container of Alouette Garlic & Herbs spread. Using a spatula, evenly distribute and spread about 4 ounces (approximately 2/3 of the container) of the creamy cheese across the entire surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, slice the dough lengthwise into approximately 8-10 strips, each about 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide.

Carefully roll up each strip tightly from one end to the other, forming individual spiral rolls with the cheese spread on the inside. Place the prepared savory rolls into the greased baking dish, ensuring they are spaced slightly apart.

Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.

Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven. While still hot, generously top each roll with the remaining 2 1/2 ounces of Alouette Garlic & Herbs spread, allowing it to melt slightly into a savory 'icing'. Serve immediately.
