Prepare Cranberry Sauce: Open the can of whole berry cranberry sauce. Gently push the cylindrical gelled sauce out onto a clean cutting board. Using an apple slicer or a sharp knife, cut the sauce into approximately 12 uniform segments.

Prepare Brie Cheese: Unwrap the Brie cheese. Slice the Brie log into small, round pieces, roughly the same thickness as the cranberry sauce segments. Aim for about 12 slices.

Prepare Muffin Tin: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

Form Crescent Cups: Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough. Separate the dough into individual triangles. Place one crescent roll triangle into each cup of the prepared muffin tin, pressing it down into the base and up the sides to form a cup shape. Ensure the wider end of the triangle covers the bottom of the cup.

Assemble the Bites: Place one slice of Brie cheese into the center of each crescent dough cup. Top the Brie cheese with one segment of the prepared cranberry sauce. Snip small sprigs of fresh rosemary and place one on top of the cranberry sauce in each cup.

Enclose the Filling: Carefully fold the corners and edges of the crescent roll dough over the filling, gently pressing them together to seal and create a small, enclosed bundle. If desired, brush the tops of the bites with melted butter or egg wash for extra browning and shine.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Carefully remove the baked cranberry brie bites from the muffin tin. Arrange them on a serving platter. Garnish with additional fresh rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries for a festive presentation. Serve warm.
