Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Do not thaw the cauliflower gnocchi.

Add the frozen Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi directly to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi are golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.

While the gnocchi cooks, mince the garlic and chop the fresh parsley and chives.

Once the gnocchi is browned, reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Toss gently to coat the gnocchi.

Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and the herbs are slightly wilted. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Remove from heat. Stir in the Trader Joe's grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Serve immediately as a delicious and easy side dish.
