Begin by preparing each gummy flavor separately. This recipe makes two distinct batches: watermelon and apple.

For the watermelon mixture: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup watermelon juice, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, and 4 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin. Stir thoroughly until the gelatin is well combined and begins to dissolve.

For the apple mixture: In a separate small saucepan, combine 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder (if using for color), and 4 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin. Stir thoroughly until the gelatin is well combined and begins to dissolve.

Allow both gelatin mixtures to sit undisturbed for a few minutes. This process, known as 'blooming,' will cause the gelatin to thicken and absorb the liquid.

Place each saucepan over medium heat on the stove. Gently heat the mixtures, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth. Do not bring to a boil.

Carefully pour each liquid gummy mixture into your silicone molds. You can use droppers for precision, especially with intricate molds, or a small funnel for easier pouring.

Transfer the filled silicone molds to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until the gummies are firm and fully set.

Once set, gently remove the gummy worms from their molds.

For an immediate sour kick, place the desired amount of gummies in a bowl and toss them with vitamin C powder (or camu camu powder) until evenly coated. Enjoy immediately!

For any gummies you plan to store, it is recommended to coat them with the sour powder just before serving to prevent the powder from dissolving and becoming sticky.
