Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large oven-safe dish, combine the contents of both packages of chicken rice mix and cheddar broccoli rice mix. Add both cans of cream of chicken with herbs soup and cream of chicken soup.

Pour in the 2 cups of chicken broth. If using, add the chopped broccoli florets now.

Stir all ingredients in the dish thoroughly until well combined.

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces evenly over the rice mixture in the dish.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the chicken and rice mixture.

Distribute the small pieces of butter evenly over the top of the cheese.

Cover the oven-safe dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.

Carefully remove the casserole from the oven. Serve hot and enjoy!
