Defrost the crab legs in cold water. Gently pre-crack the crab legs to allow seasoning and butter to get inside. Place the pre-cracked crab legs into a baking dish.

In a separate pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and minced shallots to the melted butter. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Old Bay seasoning, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt to the pan. Stir well to combine the seasonings with the butter, garlic, and shallots.

Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Pour the simmering sauce evenly over the crab legs in the baking dish. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Place the covered baking dish into the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remember, crab is already pre-cooked; your job is to bring it up to temperature and add flavor. Do not overcook the crab legs!

Remove the baking dish from the oven, uncover, and serve immediately.
