In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, and well-drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies. Mix these three ingredients together using a spatula or spoon until they are thoroughly combined.

Add the Bisquick original pancake & baking mix to the bowl with the sausage mixture.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.

Using clean hands, thoroughly mix all the ingredients (sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, Bisquick, and cheddar cheese) until a cohesive and well-incorporated mixture is formed.

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1-inch in diameter, and place them onto the prepared baking pan, leaving a small space between each ball.

Bake the sausage balls in the preheated oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
