Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a medium bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp until evenly coated with the seasonings.

Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and just cooked through, tender and juicy.

While the shrimp are roasting, prepare the scampi sauce. Place a large skillet or pan on the stove over medium heat. Add the butter to the pan and allow it to melt completely.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned. Stir in the chili flakes. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and add the chopped fresh parsley. Stir the sauce ingredients together until well combined.

Once the shrimp are roasted, immediately add them directly to the pan with the prepared scampi sauce. Toss the shrimp thoroughly to coat them completely in the bright, buttery sauce. Serve immediately, ideally with toasted bread to soak up all the delicious sauce.
