Chop the large onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and celery. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, add the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Add the chopped celery and minced garlic, and continue to sauté for another 3-5 minutes until all vegetables are tender and fragrant.

Add the ground beef and sausage to the pot with the sautéed vegetables. Break up the meat with a spoon or spatula and cook until it is fully browned, about 8-10 minutes.

Once the meat is browned, carefully drain any excess grease from the pot.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the seasonings with the meat and vegetables.

Pour in the chicken broth and pasta sauce. Stir everything together until well combined.

Bring the sauce mixture to a gentle simmer.

Carefully add the uncooked spaghetti directly into the simmering sauce. Stir to ensure the spaghetti is fully submerged and separated to prevent sticking.

Continue to cook the spaghetti in the sauce, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes, or until it reaches an al dente texture.

Once the spaghetti is cooked, add the block of cream cheese and heavy cream to the pot. Stir continuously until the cream cheese has fully melted and the sauce becomes creamy and well combined.

Stir in a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated into the sauce.

Serve the "Dirty Spaghetti" hot and enjoy!
