Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the entire surface of the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Scatter the crumbled cooked bacon over the cheese.

Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the pastry sheet into strips, first lengthwise and then crosswise, to create approximately 30-36 individual squares or rectangles.

Carefully roll up each pastry piece tightly from one end to the other, forming a spiral shape with the cheese and bacon enclosed within. Arrange the rolled puffs seam-side down on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.

Brush the tops of the rolled puffs with the beaten egg.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and visibly puffed up.

While the puffs are baking, prepare the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter and minced garlic.

Once baked, remove the puffs from the oven. Immediately brush the warm puffs with the garlic butter mixture. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
