Place the chicken breasts in a food processor.

Add the eggs (2 large or 3 medium eggs) to the food processor with the chicken.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to your taste.

Add the turmeric and chili powder. You can adjust the amount of chili powder according to your preferred level of heat.

Blend all ingredients in the food processor until you have a very smooth and homogeneous paste.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a spatula or knife, spread the chicken mixture very thinly and evenly over the entire surface of the parchment paper. The thinner the mixture, the crispier the final result will be.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Bake the spread chicken mixture in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven, so bake until fully cooked and crispy.

Once cooked, remove the crispy chicken chips from the oven.

Break the large crispy sheet into smaller chip-sized pieces.

Optional: You can sprinkle more chili powder on top before serving for extra flavor and heat.
