Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a very large pot or oven-safe pan, add the ground chuck. Brown the ground chuck over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced green bell pepper and diced onion to the pan with the browning ground chuck. Sauté until the vegetables are translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced hot links to the pan. Brown the hot links slices with the ground chuck and vegetables for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to enhance their flavor and add a delicious smoky, caramelized taste.

Carefully drain any excess grease from the meat and vegetable mixture. If using a pot, you can transfer the mixture to a colander to drain, then return it to the pot or transfer to a very large mixing bowl.

To the mixture, add the canned baked beans, BBQ sauce, yellow mustard, molasses, hot sauce, crushed pineapples, and bay leaves.

In a small bowl, combine all the seasoning blend ingredients: sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference), red pepper flakes, granulated onion, granulated garlic, celery salt, and brown sugar. Add this seasoning blend to the bean mixture.
Gently stir all the ingredients together in the pot or bowl until thoroughly combined. Stir gently to avoid breaking down the beans too much, ensuring they maintain their texture and don’t become mushy.

If not already in an oven-safe pan, transfer the bean mixture to a large baking dish or multiple baking dishes if needed.

Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour, or until the beans are bubbly and caramelized on top.

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Remember to remove the bay leaves before serving.

Serve warm and enjoy your Sweet 'n Spicy BBQ Baked Beans!
