In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup beef broth, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.

Cook the 12 ounces of Lo Mein noodles according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside.

Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Once hot, add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry until it is browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the cooked beef from the wok and set it aside.

Add the chopped broccoli florets to the same wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.

Return the cooked beef to the wok with the broccoli. Add the cooked Lo Mein noodles to the wok. Pour the prepared sauce over all the ingredients.

Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve the Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein hot, optionally garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
