Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the sliced Trader Joe's Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove sausage from the pot and set aside, leaving any drippings in the pot.

Add the vegetable broth to the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Stir in the Trader Joe's Steamed Lentils, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, return the cooked sausage to the pot. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

While the soup simmers, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly brush both sides of the Trader Joe's Garlic Naan with olive oil. Sprinkle one side generously with Trader Joe's Shredded Parmesan Cheese.

Place the naan on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan is lightly golden and crisp. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Ladle the hot lentil soup into bowls. Cut the Parmesan Garlic Naan into wedges and serve alongside the soup.
