Carefully remove the silken tofu from its packaging and place it onto a cutting board.

Slice the tofu horizontally into two thinner layers. Then, cut each tofu layer into approximately 1-inch cubes.

Carefully transfer the cubed tofu into a pot.

Place the pot on the stove over medium-high heat.

Add the minced pork directly on top of the tofu in the pot.

Add the minced garlic on top of the minced pork.

Pour the water into the pot, then add the oyster sauce and sprinkle in the white pepper.

Cover the pot with a lid and bring the mixture to a simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

Remove the lid. Gently stir the contents of the pot with a spatula to combine the ingredients without excessively breaking the tofu.

Garnish generously with chopped scallions. The dish is now ready to be served, which is stated to be "sooooo good with rice!"
