Slice the 3 leeks into rounds.

Brown the 12 thick pork sausages in a pan over medium-high heat, or use the sear function if your slow cooker has one. This step helps to develop flavor and color.

Transfer the browned sausages to the slow cooker.

Add the sliced leeks to the slow cooker with the sausages.

Add the garlic purée, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, dried oregano, dried parsley, chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, Bored of Lunch chicken salt (if using), a pinch of nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

Give all the ingredients a good stir to ensure they are well combined and the sausages are coated in the sauce.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, or on LOW for 7 to 8 hours, until the sausages are cooked through and the leeks are tender.

Once the cooking time is complete, stir through the reduced-fat crème fraîche until fully incorporated.

Continue to cook for a further 10 minutes on the same setting until the casserole is creamy and heated through.

Garnish the casserole with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Serve the Slowcooker Creamy Mustard, Sausage & Leek Casserole hot with a side of mash and tenderstem broccoli for a complete meal.
