Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the frozen Trader Joe's Mandarin Orange Chicken pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until heated through and crispy, flipping halfway.

While the chicken is baking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Trader Joe's frozen riced cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven. In a large bowl, combine the cooked orange chicken with the sauce packet included in the package. Toss gently to coat.

Divide the riced cauliflower among four plates. Top with the orange chicken. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
