Spray the meatballs with extra virgin cooking oil spray. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs to the pan and cook, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until they are browned all over.

Once the meatballs are browned, top each meatball with a wonton wrapper, gently tucking the wrapper around the meatball to cover it. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the water evaporates and the wonton wrappers become translucent.

Drizzle the cooked blanket dumplings with crispy chilli oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, sliced spring onion, and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
