Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a baking dish, combine the orzo, chicken stock, single cream, and lazy garlic. Stir well to combine.

Add the spinach to the baking dish and season the mixture with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir again to distribute the spinach and seasonings.

Place the chicken breasts on top of the orzo mixture in the baking dish.

Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven. Add 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese to the top of each chicken breast and sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the entire dish.

Return the uncovered dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.

Carefully remove the dish from the oven. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the entire dish before serving.
