Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with butter/non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. Make sure there are no lumps.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk the egg. Add the mashed ripe bananas, melted unsalted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
