In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and natural peanut butter. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Pour the mixture into a pan or mold (an 8x8 inch pan works well). Spread the mixture evenly to create a flat, uniform layer.

Place the pan with the yogurt and peanut butter mixture into the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

While the base is freezing, melt the chocolate. This can be done by microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or by using a double boiler method. If desired, add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to aid in melting and create a smoother consistency.

Once the yogurt and peanut butter base is firm from freezing, retrieve it from the freezer. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the top, spreading it to create a smooth chocolate layer.

Return the bars to the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate layer is completely set and hard.

Once fully frozen and set, remove the bars from the freezer. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then carefully cut them into 6 individual servings.

Store the finished bars in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy when sweet cravings arise!
