Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Arrange the brioche bread cubes evenly in the prepared dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the brioche bread cubes, making sure all the bread is saturated. Gently press down on the bread to ensure it absorbs the liquid.

Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the bread. Cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight (up to 12 hours).

The next morning, preheat your oven. Remove the French toast bake from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature while the oven preheats.

Bake the French toast bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

While the French toast bakes, prepare the cream cheese glaze. In a small bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Once the French toast bake is out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes before drizzling with the cream cheese glaze. Serve warm with Trader Joe's Maple Syrup.
